6-Week Grief Coaching Journey

This 6-week grief coaching journey is a deeply supportive space designed to help you process loss, heal emotional wounds, and gently rebuild your life with compassion and care. Whether in a private 1:1 setting or within a supportive group circle, this experience meets you where you are and walks with you through each layer of grief.

Over six intentional weeks, we move through a guided healing process that allows space for your story, your emotions, and your growth. You will be supported in understanding your grief, releasing emotional heaviness, developing healthy coping tools, and reconnecting with your sense of identity and purpose.

Each session offers a balance of reflection, guided coaching, emotional support, and practical tools you can use in your daily life. You will also receive “pearls of healing”—insightful takeaways to help you navigate your journey beyond each session.
